Trainee / Graduate – Estate Agent – South West London

One of the most established estate agents in the London market is currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their Fulham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into a market leading firm and want to take your career to the next level. This role will be very target based, it will be challenging but very rewarding for a negotiator who has what it takes to make this well located and established two offices a real. The successful candidate could play a key part in the growth of this office/company with realistic onward progression to management level in the near future as new offices open and the company expands.

Candidates with experience in selling property would also be looked at very strongly. A mature professional approach to the business is what is required, so a graduate or someone who can demonstrate strong levels of intelligence, coupled with lettings experience would be the ideal mix.

Package:
Basic: £14-16k (depending on experience)
Strong commission package
OTE: £30-35k+ (1st year)
Benefits: BMW 1 Series and phone
Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon- Thurs), 9am-6pm (Fri) (1 in 3 Saturdays)

Interview process:
2 interviews, for the successful applicant (both Directors).
