– Hands on testing with training provided to build a base of knowledge
– Get involved with the auditing process and gradually take more responsibility
– Work on the associated documentation

The Person:
– Either food science degree or related qualification or industry experience
– Keen to make a career in the food industry with training
– Good communication skills
