My client is a highly-successful financial services organisation and an Investors In People Gold-accredited business with an enviable reputation for outstanding customer service. The company runs the Higher Level Management Apprentice scheme and an outstanding opportunity has arisen to join the scheme and develop a rewarding career in IT.

The IT Software Test Analyst Apprentice will receive full funding through an IT-related Degree as well as practical, “hands-on” training in specific areas of Information technology, specifically within Software Testing. Through on-going, tailored training, you will be able to continue with your academic studies whilst gaining practical, real-world experience and you will be funded through the full cost of your Degree studies.

The ideal qualities required for the IT Software Test Analyst Apprentice role include:
– Strong educational background comprising 180 UCAS points across 3 A-Level subjects
– Ideally a grade B or above in Information Technology A Level (or equivalent)
– A substantial work ethic and a passion to develop a career in IT OR
– A strong academic background ion other subjects but with demonstrable skills or experience in IT

The scheme offer an annual starting salary of £26,000 on a permanent contract, plus additional benefits including 21 days’ holiday, discretionary bonus and a generous pension scheme.
