Corporate Finance Manager

Salary: £78,000 – £84,000 per year

Client is seeking an Associate for the firm’s London office.

The Associate is an integral part of the deal team and will work directly with senior team members on a variety of client engagements, including sell and buy-side M&A and capital raises

. Role

• Drafting various tailored PowerPoint documents – Information Memorandums, Briefing Packs, Presentations etc with a high level of autonomy

• Analysis and interrogation of financial data received from clients including the ability to gather information, identify linkages and trends and apply findings to reports

. • Liaising with/questioning members of the finance team at clients in a professional manner

• Preparation of financial models – P&L, Balance sheet and Cashflow • Preparation of other financial analysis on excel – being able to create a tailored analysis for any specific situation

• Managing a due diligence dataroom and responding to due diligence questions.

• Research into companies and industries

• Ability to organize and manage numerous detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment

• Attendance at client meetings and marketing events where required

The Candidate

• 2 years of M&A / corporate finance experience in either investment banking or transaction advisory diligence or valuation groups

• ACA qualified, preferably with big 4, and 2-3 years audit or similar finance/accounting experience

• M&A experience in the media industry and/or understanding of the UK and US TV production industry is preferred
