Carpenter

Due to ongoing demand for our building services, we currently have vacancies for a fully qualified CARPENTER to work on domestic repair and refurbishment contracts.

General Duties:

You will be carrying out domestic repair and refurbishment to a high standard in top residential premises dealing with reputable and well respected customers.
This is quality work for high calibre trades persons only. All our work is based within Central and Greater London.

Essential Requirements:

All applicants will be fully qualified Carpenters with a time served carpentry apprenticeship, relevant trade qualifications and a full UK driving licence.

We ask that candidates should have at least five years relevant post qualification work experience and be highly skilled in all areas of second fix carpentry. Suitable candidates will have worked on high specification domestic projects and be able to demonstrate motivation and excellent customer service skills. Any other trade skills, such as tiling or plumbing will strengthen the application.
