Carpenter

Experienced skilled individual to work as part of a 2 man team installing composite decking, porcelain paving (dry install – no wet trade skills required) and veranda’s/garden rooms.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified joiner/carpenter (or landscape paving installer or conservatory installer)
• Construction site experience)
• Full, clean driving licence
• Able to understand project plans
• Man management experience
• Good communication skills

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Objectives of the Role

• Undertake quality installation products at customers properties – Timbertech composite decking, Primaporcelain paving and Sunspaces veranda’s and garden rooms.
• Represent the company competently at all times with good customer liaison skills
• Excellent eye for detail on all aspects of installation project
• Ability to effectively manage company resources (work SMART) on site to achieve efficient project completion – “get it right 1st time every time”
• Comfortable working outdoors at all times of the year
• Happy to be a “hands-on” Team Leader

The job is based in and around the Maidenhead area but could be into London Essex Kent etc. Working week is Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00 (37.5 hours per week) with 30 minute lunch break. 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
