Construction Manager

Salary: £66,000 per year

Construction Manager, Middleton-On-The-Wolds, Package up to C £55,000 plus car allowance (permanent)

Arlington Moore is working exclusively on behalf of a company which has exciting plans for growth and because of this they are looking for a Construction Manager to join their team in the East / North Yorkshire area. We are particularly looking for someone who has experience of full site management / project management including ‘leading’ client liaison.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for full management of the site, leading the supervisory team, consultants and suppliers to a safe, timely and high-quality completion on each project.

Responsibilities of the Construction Manager will include:

• Full site and project management in conjunction with the Contracts Manager
• Ensuring the customer is aware of site progress and key issues
• Managing the contracted requirements including scope of works
• Maintaining coherent and clear Site Records incl. daily labour, plant allocation, site diaries, health & safety inductions, method statements, risk & COSSH assessments, toolbox talks, scaffold inspections, materials logs and all other records
• Ensuring all sub-contractor RAMS are issued, reviewed and approved prior to attending site
• Planning and managing quality management test & inspection plan
• Liaising with the Contract management team throughout the build

We are looking for a Professional Construction Manager who can demonstrate a thorough understanding of how to manage a project and site team through to completion and handover as well as a good understanding of providing a professional service to clients and liaising with internal teams.
