Chef (Various Levels)

We are currently recruiting for a number of cook/chef positions just outside of Derby centre including, Chef de Partie, commis chef and junior sous.

Due to the location and hours, own transport would be ideal.

The kitchen and front of house staff will cater for and serve over 2500 covers per week so ideally you will be used to working in a fast paced environment, however some positions would also suit someone who is looking for an entry level role, has a passion and flair for cooking and wants to learn.

The menus vary between grill and salads to pizza and pasta to a two rosette restaurant serving a la carte menu options.

You must be flexible in your approch to working hours as you will be required to work split shifts and weekends.
