Salary: £26,000 per year

Working in new offices in London, close to Southwark, Waterloo and London Bridge, you will be working as part of a global organisation which is considered an industry leader in its field.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or equivalent who is looking to start their career in London.

The Editorial Assistant will provide an efficient and responsive administrative service within the Editorial department of this Legal Solutions company.

Typical duties will include:

Creating and sending daily, weekly and monthly update e-mails.
Reviewing and proofing materials for the website.
Managing linking within published content, creating primary source links.
Maintaining a number of materials on the website, including the legislation tracker.
Managing internal processed for the editorial team.
Publishing materials onto the web.
General administrative duties.
Collating Business Intelligence data for Practice Area.
Collating materials to support Practice Area meetings.Key skills required are as follows:

Degree educated or equivalent.
3 A levels or equivalent.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to learn quickly and assimilate complex information.
Excellent administrative skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
Excellent organisation skills, ability to multi task and organise others.
Intermediate to advances experience of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent proof reading skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relations at all levels.
The ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and take a flexible approach to work.
Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.
