Salary: £16.8 – £24 per hour
Search Construction is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis for a new build private housing development in Dundee.
Working for a reputable and busy house builder you will be responsible for coordinating labour and sub contractors on site to meet the production programme. This will include driving a quality finish, ensuring NHBC standards are being met as well as providing customer care.
You will have a SMSTS or SSSTS with at least two years experience in managing house building projects.
The initial requirement is for a period of two months but with a strong potential to be extended or converted into a permanent role.
