Salary: £27,600 – £36,000 per year

Summary

My client runs an online platform for Healthcare Professionals which enables them to enjoy swift and easy access to local shifts, receive prompt payments and have access to 24 hour support.

The Role

You will be dedicated to sourcing and registering top talent in the healthcare industry including but not limited to Healthcare Assistants, Senior Healthcare Assistants and Nurses throughout the UK.

Main Duties:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates to the company using a range of media and most importantly the telephone/video call.
• Dedicated to sourcing and registering top talent in the healthcare sector.
• Advertising vacancies using a wide range of media (e.g. Facebook, Indeed, LinkedIn, mail shots and branding).
• Headhunting – sourcing and contacting suitable candidates.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews.
• Managing compliance of all candidates.
• Arranging appropriate training for all candidates.
• Build effective relationships with both candidates and clients. 
• Creating and closing new business opportunities.
• Ensuring that all compliance is up to date and maintained in accordance with company and regulatory bodies

Skills and Experience

• Comprehensive education
• A Level’s
• Ideally, experience within the Health & Social Care sector and an understanding of compliance
• Business development experience 
• Strong leadership skills
