Salary: £26,400 per year

About the role

Reporting to the Temps Consultants, the primary function of the Candidate Consultant is to provide a high level of administrative and sales support to the branch, in accordance with the needs of the business.

You will be part of the temps desk, getting first hand training from the temps consultant, with the potential to take on their workload and progress further in their absence. This is a hybrid role.

What you’ll be doing

The following responsibilities will be included.

  • Act as an ambassador for the office and the company, maintaining high levels of customer service to all candidates and clients
  • Evaluating, monitoring and delivering on key metrics and KPIs for the branch
  • Follow market trends and development, translating these into a market plan for your desk
  • Meet with clients face-to-face to identify opportunities and qualify the requirements of roles
  • Implement marketing strategies to effectively attract candidates
  • Discuss the roles and tasks of jobs with candidates, ensuring that they comprehend their assignment
  • Maintain accurate documentation for clients and candidates on the Connect portal
  • Maintain the integrity of the company by conforming to legislation
  • Work with the team to ensure the resourcing of high-calibre candidates, coaching them where needed
  • Actively contribute to the team environment

About you

The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be familiar with the landscape of Chester and be comfortable with pressure and work-load. Alongside this is the below:
