Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £300 – £312 per day

Our client, an established property and management developer are currently seeking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Manchester.

Key duties –

Code every line of cost – circa 2000 (NCH / BS) ED to confirm St P’s

Collate subcontract orders and purchase orders

collate subcontract applications and request payments

Allocate material and plant orders to necessary s/c package

Allocate materials, plant, labour and other costs against preliminary items

Budgets – provide historical details / information based on the budget set

Review Quantities associated with above

Review Scope subcontract order / packages / allowance associated with above

Collate design changes and scope movement from design development and drawing issue

Review variations against the above

Review dayworks against both items above.

Allocate any non-recoverable costs as such

Start Date ASAP or 31st October 

Hours 8am to 16.00pm Monday and Friday

15 week contract

Client has confirmed the role is outside IR35
