Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover)

A leading manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team for a 9-12 month maternity contract. You will be responsible for defining, developing and leading the delivery of the commercial marketing strategy to maximise sales and profit growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Define, develop and lead the implementation of marketing initiatives that maximise profitable sales growth
• Coordinating all aspects of company marketing campaigns including producing literature, product photo shoots, social media planning, copywriting, website updates and budget management
• Deploy all communications channels (such as Public Relations, online and electronic, advertising, print) effectively to deliver and support sector key messages, positioning and brand values
• Raising and logging all Marketing purchase orders
• Establish and promote a creative and engaging internet and social media presence
• Ensure that new products and services are market focused and deliver tangible benefit to customers
• Leading the marketing budget planning process and set priorities for tactical marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar strategic marketing role
• Excellent IT literacy, including a good knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Confident and credible in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
