The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company leader in its industry

Main duties:
To manage, support and develop the Customer Service Team on the day-to-day activities

The Role:
– To provide leadership, train staff and drive a culture of team and professional achievement
– To make sure the main tasks of the CS Team are dealt with the maximum professionalism
– To liaise between different departments to resolve any kind of issue
– To evaluate KPI and produce relevant reports to drive service improvements
– To collaborate with CS Managers in order to meet periodic set targets

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) is essential
– Previous experience as a Team Leader is required
– Able to lead and motivate a team
– Good problem-solving skills, proactive and adaptable personality

The Salary:
£25.400 + excellent benefits (pension scheme, health insurance, life assurance, optician, free on-site parking)
