French Speaking Inside Sales Agent

Great opportunity for French Speaking Inside Sales Agent with previous ticketing experience in London.

The main purpose of the job is to provide excellent customer service to passengers, sell tickets and handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels and railways.

Key tasks:

�Handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, railways and dealing with queries and requests
�Ticketing, issuing, reissuing tickets and refunds
�Operate the database efficiently as well as other internal systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
�Call customers in case of irregular operations (cancellations of flights, delays, major strikes etc.)
�Assist with queries from offices, Airports, other sections and other airlines to ensure smooth communications and operations
�Carry out other duties as instructed by Supervisor/Manager

Technical skills, knowledge and experience:

�Mother tongue/fluent French and English
�Proficient in computer skills
�Familiarity of other airlines` Frequent Flyer Programme could be an advantage

Hours of work:

Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends.
