International Sales Coordinator (Germany) – DR554

Based: Teesside
Salary: £26,000per year
Hours: 8-4 Mon-Fri (1/2 hr lunch)
Contract: 6 months

Our client based in Teesside is looking to recruit an Export Co-ordinator to assist the International Account Manager to run an export sales territory in Germany. The main responsibilities of the role will be:

· To be the primary office based contact for dealers in the territory, receiving mail and telephone calls from this area.
· To ensure that dealers’ requests for order placing, quotations, literature and general assistance are acknowledged within 24 hours and responded to in a timely, professional manner.
· To deal with queries from dealers regarding orders, products and shipments.
· To monitor orders for accurate ship times and report back to dealers.
· To co-ordinate export shipments from all production divisions, including quotes, bookings and tracking.
· Distribute and monitor Rework / Remake Requests to the relevant production division.
· Inform the Sales Manager on relevant facts gathered from correspondence regarding competition, product acceptance, trends in the industry and opportunities for new products.
· Monitor the establishment of new dealers in the territory.
· Assist with visiting Dealers transportation, training and entertainment as necessary.

Skills:
· Literate and numerate to “A” level standard.
· Fluent in English and German essential (ideally native)
· Very good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
· 2-year’s minimum experience in a commercial B2B environment.
· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
· Excellent customer-care skills.
· Excellent IT skills in word, excel etc.
