DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Travel Consultant, you will form part of a professional Business Travel team. This Business Travel company are a leading player, in this sector so this is a perfect opportunity to develop your career.

Key responsibilities within this role will include:
– Be naturally confident and passionate Business Travel professional, within this busy, professional team.
– Thrive in this diverse and fast paced business travel environment.
– Work closely with clients, in order to provide an unrivalled level of service.
– Respond to all nature of client enquiries in a polite and efficient manner to ensure complete client satisfaction.
– Check availability, negotiate suitable rates and advise of any special requirements.
– Book s wide range of products, for clients, including flights, car hire, accommodation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will have ideally gained previous experience within a similar Business Travel role and held responsibility for managing bookings and client requirements. Ideally, you will have experience of organizing group travel, working in Business Travel and be a confident user of CRS (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus).
We are looking for somebody with excellent communication skills, who has a passion for understanding client requirements and providing clients with the right solution.
