MARKETING AND PR MANAGER
Salary range £42,000 – £48,000

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & PR professional with the flair, creativity and resilience to further develop the profile of NuLC and help us to realise our ambition to be the ‘College of first choice’ within North Staffordshire.

Newcastle-under-Lyme College is a highly successful and dynamic organisation with outstanding facilities and a reputation for excellence. We are looking for a confident and competent individual, with recent comparable experience in a college or similar setting, to lead our talented team of staff and to help us to realise our ambitions.

You will enjoy day-to-day responsibility for the development and implementation of the College’s marketing plan, taking a lead in the drive to exceed recruitment targets for young people, adults and employers.

You will be qualified to degree level and preferably hold a CIM qualification. To succeed in this role you will need excellent judgement and analytical skills; be able to juggle conflicting priorities with a cool head; and maintain a credible and positive outlook when dealing with staff at all levels of the organisation.
