Marketing Manager

Adecco are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Luton for a Marketing Manager. This is for a well established company who have an excellent reputation in their industry. You will be responsible for the running of a small team and leading their marketing campaigns to continually develop business.

Skills/Previous Experience:

*A sound understanding and knowledge of marketing communications (digital experience would be highly beneficial)
*The ability to lead a team effectively and deal with any aspects of people management
*A knowledge of the vehicle industry would be beneficial
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills would be advantageous

Main Duties:

*Manage all aspects of the marketing programme and responsible for continuous improvement of this
*Manage the marketing budget for all communications
*Manage the website and ensure it is continually updated with all relevant information
*Manage and develop relationships with 3rd part suppliers and coordinate meetings with these
*Ensure all communications meet the required standard and these standards are kept high at all times

The salary for this role is £39,600 – £48,000dependent on experience. Alongside this there is also a company car, phone and laptop as well as further staff incentives.
