Store Operations Project Manager
Summary
£47,300 up to £71,280 * per annum This isn’t an ordinary job. This an extraordinary experience.
The Sales Organisation team are responsible for the delivery of new and innovative store operational projects, and continually optimise current processes in our stores. You will work on various sales projects to help shape the way our operational colleagues measure and develop KPI performance, provide the best shopping experience for our customers and supporting the efficiencies of a Store.
You will be a fundamental part of team and responsible for managing projects, processes and procedures that will be rolled out via the region. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Please note as per Lidl internal structures the job title for this role is a Consultant**
We have a hybrid working model for Head Office roles, with only 3 days in the office per week, ensuring you have a flexible work life balance.
What you’ll do
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously to improve the user experience within our stores
- Analysing and optimising sales processes within our Stores
- Developing new project concepts and proposing solutions
- Creating presentations including project and training documentation
- Developing goal-oriented solutions and identifying potential for optimisation within projects
- Planning, managing and coordinating rollout of sales projects
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders and counterparts within Regional teams, International departments and Head Office.
- Presenting project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management, Regional teams and Board Directors
What you’ll need
- Experience of working in a retail environment e.g. Store experience is preferred
- Previous project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders as well as influencing cross functional teams
- Analytical tendencies with a proactive approach to measure, test and create innovative solutions
- Drives ownership through their work and responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, managing conflicting priorities efficiently
- An excellent communicator and multi-tasker with organisational abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- German language is desirable but not essential
