Customer Service – Boots UK

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers on behalf of Boots UK.

The ideal candidate will:
– have customer service experience (call centre of face to face)
– understand the importance of the customer service experience
– be IT literate
– have the ability to prioritise a workload
– have good communication skills both written and verbal
– be logical in their approach to problem solving
– take the appropriate action and precaution depending on the nature of the enquiry

Working Days – Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays)
Working Hours – Between 8.30am and 7.00pm

You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week on a rota basis totalling between 37.5 and 40 hours per week. Rotas are provided 6 weeks in advance.
