Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are now further building our team so have a vacancy for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, although it could equally suit someone who has relevant, sales, work experience.

The role is both demanding and fast paced. There is a lot of interaction with candidates and clients, so a good telephone manner, and honed interpersonal skills, are a must. You will also be interviewing candidates and writing CV’s, so experience with Teams, Zoom, alongside creating documents, would be useful. Whilst it is sales based you set your own targets, so need to be personally driven by the desire to succeed.

Our training programme lasts nine months and is a combination of module style learning alongside mentor led daily input. Clear goals are discussed at weekly meetings and advice is given as constantly as required. As a team we are collaborative and assist in any way we can. Once you have completed our internal training programme you will be able to access the Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) course. This is an industry recognised qualification and is completed via remote learning, with an online Tutor.

Whilst client meetings are not as frequent at the moment, they do happen, so a driver’s licence is required.
