Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 per year

Looking for someone who can join and grow with an existing global digital tagging team to assist with the review and requirement definition and implementing client tagging standards across the enterprise. This individual will be supporting the European top 5-8 markets working directly with the brand owners of this pharmaceutical company, and will be responsible to manage and coordinate the implementation of tagging standards in these markets. The role will initially be on a six month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities:
• Assist/Lead in the overall strategy and implementation of changes relating to Tagging, Analytics and Measurement to support the Business Unit’s needs.
• Coordinate closely with the Tagging and Analytics team in identifying requirements from multiple sources (such as web and mobile) including stakeholders, developers /technical folks and agencies.
• Develop technical tagging specification documents tied to business needs/goals
• Work with key stakeholders to understand the analytics objectives and needs and develop the appropriate Tagging strategy for the web analytics tools
• Participate in and support Business Owners in delivering results and presentations
• Work with IT team to ensure that accurate tracking metrics are collected and effectively reported
• Provide recommendations on improvement of marketing processes, efficiencies and effectiveness
Experience:
• Must have strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders from other European countries.
• 3-5 years’ experience in web analytics and site tagging and measurement ideally in Adobe Analytics (or similar product like Telium or Google Analytics)
• Individual must have strong communication and be detail oriented and an out of box thinker who can think strategically and able to connect the dots
• Bachelor’s degree: Required – preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or Business/Marketing
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in multichannel promotion (highly preferred)
• Experience in documenting technical requirement specifications
• Ad hoc reporting / Analysis and Troubleshooting experience
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry: Highly Preferred

• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally, think critically and work in a rapidly evolving environment.
