Electrical Engineer

Salary: £54 per hour

Electrical Engineer required for long term contract role, working for a global engineering and construction contractor based in Surrey on a FEED project. Candidates must be experienced in PV Plant + Battery Systems.

Job Description:

An engineer with good experience of the application of Solar / PV systems with BESS for large industrial level solar power parks. You should be able to demonstrate experience in design, analysis and integration of >50MW plants with conventional power generation / grid.

The responsibilities include developing various power generation options which will lead to a final intergrated power generation solution for a gas processing plant to minimise carbon footprint. The use of solar power and BESS will be studied as replacements / hot standby for GT generation.
