Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £26,400 + 50% bonus + benefits
My client is the most successful cafe concept in the UK that specialise in quality coffee and food in over 1000 sites nationwide. Set within medium sized contemporary units they offer a great eat in or grab and go option. This ethically minded, people focused business is very well established and continues to go from strength to strength.
As a Restaurant Manager/ General Manager you’ll be fully accountable for the business, driving your teams forward through maintaining excellent brand standards. You will have a hands on approach to your management style and develop your team by effective leadership and direction.
Already a successful Restaurant Manager/ General Manager or Assistant Manager- you will know that excellent customer service is very important, ensuring your customers receive a great service every time!
I am looking for a Manager or Assistant Manager who has Management experience within a high volume environment; either from a Food Retail, Contract Catering or Restaurant background.
