Restaurant Manager

My client based in St Ives is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join there hotel. You will be looking after 2 Restaurants which generally does 200 plus for breakfast as well as a 100 cover at least Sunday lunch. There is a big functions side therefore the Restaurant Manager they hire not only has to deal with a brasserie side but also have a good outlook and experience in functions and banquets. They are looking for someone who can take them to another level and provide the best level of standards to bring the hotel up to one of the best around. Someone whose freh and full of ideas would be what the hotel is looking for. Also to remember that they need to adapt to the hotel and the seasons as it changes constantly. Training and bringing new staff into work a superb level is exactly what this hotel wants and if you are used to work to an exceptional standard and quality, can deal with a large restaurant and covers and want a fresh new challenge then this is the role for you.
