Restaurant Manager

We are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager within a branded restaurant.

Our client has grown steadily over many years; however, in order for them to continue growing, they are in need of a Restaurant Manager to support and drive the business forward.

Minimum requirements for this Restaurant Manager role;
• You will need to be a motivated individual with previous experience in a branded restaurant environment.
• You will need to enjoy working in a high volume environment.
• Must be a positive communicator with the ability to implement high standards among their staff.
• Should be extremely organised with a hands on approach to working.
• Have an understanding of P&L’s, weekly net sales, more dry led than wet led and have ran a large unit for more than two years.
