Due to a divisional move, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Improvement Manager to work at our Hepworth House office in Leeds.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will manage improvement projects for a priority client. You will be expected to deal with previously intractable business problems and deliver pioneering solutions. You will also provide direction and consultancy to less complex improvement projects that are managed by operational team and others.

Essential Experience/Skills:

Green belt or equivalent, ideally in specific service industry
Project Management experience, ideally Prince 2 qualified
Experience in other CI / lean methodologies
Degree level education or equivalent industry experience
Proficient in statistical analysis and techniques
Six Sigma qualified
