Site Manager

Full Time, full year – 36.42 hours a week Monday to Friday. 

Overtime payment at agreed rates for out of hours ‘call-outs’ (such as evening and weekend events and lettings).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our College community in what will be a new role at our highly successful College. 

This pivotal role requires a personable and confident individual with managerial experience who is able to build strong working relationships with students, staff and contractors alike. 

The Site Manager must be highly organised and proactive, with a keen interest in developing what is a new role within the college. 

The full time salary range for the role is dependent on experience and is £40,010.4 – £44,167.2 per annum, including fringe allowance.
