Salary: £72,000 – £81,600 per year
ERS Ltds are lookinng for an experienced Contracts Manager to work for a busy Passive Fire Protection Sub-Contractor based in Kent.
We are looking for a Contracts Manager with specific Passive Fire Protection industry knowledge, with experience of managing multiple projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for surveying, pricing, tendering, labour and ensuring jobs run smoothly and efficiently.
We are recruiting for this position either on a permanent PAYE basis, or CIS freelance.
The projects are across the Kent and London areas, and a vehicle, will be included in the package.
