HR Advisor

Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year

Elevation HR are currently working with a growing manufacturing company to recruit a HR Advisor for a 6 month FTC to support the commercial team.

The role offers hybrid working

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

* Working in a true partnering capacity to support the line managers within head office.
* Provide HR support to business areas on all employment issues including grievance and disciplinary meetings.
* Maintain and ensure implementation of all policies and procedures ensuring HR Compliance.
* Advise and coach on people matters, ensuring all relevant managers and teams are equipped to manage their people.
* Review processes and practices and suggest ways of improving the HR service and taking accountability for implementation
* Accountable for operational HR standards in the employment lifecycle – induction, personal development planning and performance management.
* To provide recruitment and selection support and guidance
* Producing Management Information reflecting all recruitment activity, absence and attrition rates.

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

– CIPD level 5 Qualified
– Extensive ER experience within a head office function.
– Manufacturing/Distribution/Retail background
