Our client is the UK’s leading operator of purpose built student accommodation. They are now on the lookout for an Internal Communications Executive to join their team.

This is the ideal role for an internal communications professional looking to develop a meaningful and rewarding career with a leading company. As an Internal Communications Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of systematic, professional and effective two-way communications channels to the business.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Communications, you’ll plan and deliver employee communications through both online and offline channels, including intranet and events. You’ll also consult with stakeholders, take ownership of their needs and deliver against these.

Additionally, you’ll develop improved, effective and innovative communication channels and solutions for the business and ensure that all communications reinforce our client’s strategy and culture.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

– Internal communications experience gained in a multi-site business with a multi-disciplinary audience
– Experience of managing the organisation of internal events
– Excellent writing and editorial skills across a variety of media

As an Internal Communications Executive, you must be highly motivated, personable and resilient with excellent communication skills and superb attention to detail.
