Job Role: Internal Communications Partner
Location: New Milton
Hours: 35 hours per week

Main Purpose of Job
The Internal Communications Partner is responsible for leading the development and delivery of internal communications and engagement programs across Innovus.
This includes developing communications plans, materials and approaches and delivering them at pace with measurable impact. You will be expected to work in an agile manner, supporting individual projects across business functions. The role is responsible for raising awareness and engagement and driving colleague pride and brand advocacy from internal communication.
You will have a passion for excellent communications and help build our capability and reputation over time. Happy to create plans and deliver them, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in as needed to write and create content and messaging. You will be adept at building relationships and using them to deliver real impactful communications. You will help create real change by using various channels to reach audiences in engaging ways.
Position in Organisation
You will report into the Head of HR based out of our New Milton office. This role is office based with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office with visits to our other offices in Luton, Worcester and Paignton.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and deliver our communication strategies for internal audiences (colleagues).
- Managing our channels of communication ensuing all content is relevant and reflects our brand and voice
- Liaise with key stakeholders and senior management to ensure key messages are communicated clearly
- Ownership of engagement and internal communications strategy and implementation
- Lead on charity activities across the offices ensuring that charity events are arranged and delivered for support our charity partnership.
- Take the lead on ‘Our Innovus’ employee forums, arranging the meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
- Manage the ‘Ask Innovus’ inbox to ensure employees questions are answered
- Maintains the internal communications calendar
- Work with IT and HR to manage the distribution list for Innovus and ensure they are up to date and correct
- Supports the content of the intranet to reflect the current employer voice and brand
- Manages the communications email account and calendar of events
- Working with projects to ensure a successful deliver of their communication plans
- Supports the delivery of our people strategy
- Be on hand to offer advice on any sensitive issues to advise on the most appropriate comms response
- Work with colleagues our marketing team from across our wider business to collaborate where necessary and share content
About You
- Are you passionate about communication and engagement, and want to be responsible for delivery a strategy across an organisation?
- You are currently working in a communications role (internal, external or both), and now want to lead on designing and implementing a communication and engagement strategy across multiple audiences
- Being passionate about relationship building and networking, you are able create highly engaging communications for stakeholders and clients, and deliver in a way that is compelling and informative
- You have excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills, as well as strong time management and prioritisation skills
