Site Manager

Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 per year

Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned developer based in the Thames Valley region that specialise in the development of high end housing across the South. 

Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee a new site in Newbury, starting in February next year consisting of 27 x traditional build houses. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience delivering residential sites from start to finish as a Site Manager and must be based within an hour of Newbury. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £66,000 – £78,000+ package.
