Motor Trade Service Advisor / Booking Clerk required in Cambridge

Basic Salary approx £26,000plus bonus

Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) Ltd are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a Premium Main Dealer in Cambridge.

An opportunity has arisen for an extremely customer focussed candidate with at least 2 years’ experience in a Main Dealer Service Advisor role. The dealership is of a significant size and consequently the aftersales department can, at times, be a busy and pressurised environment. The successful candidate will be immaculately presented, have an eye for detail, effective and possess the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent organisational skills are needed, and a desire to go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of customer service. Experience of a vehicle DMS would be an advantage.

Additionally, you will take incoming calls, advise customers and subsequently make bookings. You will be responsible for workshop loading along with chasing up previous enquiries with a view to turning them into bookings.
