Team Leader Pcb Assembly

Production Supervisor required for leading manufacturing company in Bedford. The successful Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring all products assembled are consistently manufactured to the required build standard and the throughput is in line with quotation, Staff Supervision will also be a major part of this position in terms of monitoring holidays, KPI’s and staff motivation

Requirements
Planning and Project Control.
Coach and Train Others
Active Involvement Performance and Improvement Planning
Certified to IPC-610 standards.
Soldering – Class 3
Competent in component placement and soldering.
Experience carrying out PCB Modifications.
Experience of PCB modifications, Mechanical Assembly (Box Build), cable assembly, wiring & crimping.
The successful Production Supervisor must also adopt a flexible approach, be a team player and have a keen eye for detail.

Job Description:
Coaching, Training and Supervising staff in a small and successful team, Assembling products in accordance with build instructions and IPC-610 standards.
Document all deviations from IPC-610 standards.
Take effective actions in a timely manner including updating supporting documentation in the Quality Management System.
Notify manager on any jobs that cannot achieve the quoted build times and take appropriate action
