Business Development Manager

Salary: £30,000 per year

Influential and confident Business Development Manager required for an established national training provider! The business is currently experiencing a period of substantial growth and are looking for their next Business Development Manager to drive new business.

Previous experience within a similar role is essential, as you will be required to grow the companies Apprenticeship Provision across the midlands and London. The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business through networking and engaging with employers, in order to identify skills gaps and offer training solutions for current employees.

Experience and Requirements:

* Previous sales experience within education or work-based learning (apprenticeships, ESF, SSU, NEETS)

* The ability to negotiate and present to key decision makers

* A track record of previous sales success within the sector

* Full driving license and own vehicle

* Strong working ethos with the ability to work as part of a team

* Solution focussed with a passion for helping businesses and providing a positive impact
