The first year of the graduate procurement programme has been an overwhelming success, with internal promotions and fast development.

My client believes that it is the talent and passion of their people, combined with a unique company culture, that make the difference. The programme is designed to take graduates and develop them as managers for the future.

The procurement programme is about real responsibility and real results, whilst creating an environment where participants develop through practical learning and activity. You will receive training and development to get you in the first rung of the procurement ladder to help you become a professional buyer. The Programme comprises two elements: On the job experience and a comprehensive training programme. My client will expose you to all aspects of the procurement and supply chain business, provide you with all the training and support you need and give you significant responsibility from day one.

Main duties:
* Assist with the co-ordination of direct and indirect materials, including packaging, from a global supply base
* Managing invoice queries
* Research and the provision of market intelligence information to the buyer when negotiating prices

Responsibilities
The programme provides a structured yet flexible framework for development that puts participants in the spotlight from day one. Each participant will have distinct development assignments allowing the participant to experience a broad spectrum of procurement.
My client takes the development of the next generation of senior managers very seriously as their future depends on it. You need to be really confident that you can deliver against the key competencies of the business.
Requirements
Graduates directly from University with a relevant supply chain/operations/manufacturing degree. My client will also consider candidates who graduated up to two years earlier who are looking for their next challenge within procurement and supply chain.
You must be confident that you are the best at what you do; we are offering the opportunity to be a part of one of the most exciting brands in the world with excellent benefits. Please do NOT apply if you are not serious about a career within procurement.
