Project Manager

Our client are the UK’s leading provider of Facilities Management & Projects with annual revenues in excess of £450m.

As a result of sustained growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric projects to live corporate buildings across the Midlands and north of England.
which are part of a global Banking group.

Projects are primarily Mechanical and Electrical but also include refurbishments, fit-outs and construction with values ranging from £30k to £1m.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for:

– Identifying projects with client
– Pricing of works (working with QS/Estimator)
– Health & Safety / CDM
– Appointing sub-contractors
– Managing budget
– managing programme of works
– hand over with client and submission of invoices

Candidates will have experience of delivering small works projects on live sites and will be able to demonstrate a cradle to grave approach to project management.
You will be from an Mechanical and Electrical background and be able to converse at a technical level with customers.
It is also important that you are customer facing and have worked in live corporate environments.

This is a regional role so whilst you will manage your own diary, there will be a requirement to travel to the North West, Yorkshire and Scotland and occasionally stay away from home.
