Senior Facilities Supervisor

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

One of the top property consultancies on the planet is recruiting for a Senior FM Supervisor to join a manufacturing site in Edinburgh.
This role is for a Facilities Supervisor who has been working in ideally a Manufacturing/Production site previously & has assisted with dealing with extensive planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance experience while dealing with the client on a regular basis.
As an experienced Facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for:
* As a Facilities Supervisor your Primary focus will be on the delivery of all FM Operations and production maintenance service SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
* You will work with the Regional Facilities Manager to coordinate local client and budgets / forecasting and report any out-of-line situations
* You will Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising
* The Facilities Supervisor will coordinate operational delivery within designated site area which may include Reception, Post room, Cleaning, Catering, Security, Technical Services & Specialist Sub Contractors
* You will maintain a motivated team by management and personal development of all local based staff
* The Facilities Supervisor will take ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns and ensure customer is kept appraised at all times
* You will be developing partnering relationships with key client/s in the location
Qualification and Skills:
* Ideally hold an engineering or technical qualification and experience of managing technical service delivery
* Ideally have a trade/technical background and have a hands-on approach
* Good people management
* Strong understanding and knowledge of FM and Production service delivery
* Candidates have a minimum of 5 years customer facing experience
