Banking Operations Static Data

Salary: £32,400 per year

Our client an international bank is seeking a Banking Operations Static Data to join their team based in London on a FTC.

Responsibilities

• Processing data and rectifying incorrect data in the bank’s core system 

• Maintaining daily MI of data updated or rectified 

• Obtain raw data from group IT to review the progress of changes made to core data 

• Ensuring source documents are correctly maintained for all data amendments 

• Supporting Ad-hoc activities related to testing of data captured for anomalies 

• Other ad hoc requests from Assistant Manager, Payments, Head of Operations and COO 

Skills and Knowledge

• Must at least 2 years have related working experience 

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential 

• Risk and control focus on operational processes 

• Strong work ethic 

• A team player; must have experiences of working within a team 

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills 

• High personal standards and dress code commensurate with being at the front line in dealing with the Bank’s clients 

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive whilst working under pressure 

• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable 

• Should have a positive “can do” attitude combined with a flexible approach to the tasks required 

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by managers to fulfil team and individual goals
