Operations General Manager

Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

This is a great opportunity to join a small, multi site, successful manufacturing and service company who operate within the engineering sector.

The role will offer the candidate the chance to hone already proven line management skills whilst taking on a senior position within the business, delivering quality product and customer service, taking budget responsibility and identifying, developing and implementing improved processes and systems that will enable the company to move to the next level.

Ideally edcated to degree level and with a minimum ten years operational experience, suitable applicants will be resident within the area, (or be prepared to relocate) and will have previous mechanical engineering experience, some of which will have been gained within an SME.
