Salary: £24,179 to £30,255 (depending on experience) + 25 days hols + 8 BH + Pension. We also offer a fantastic benefits package, which includes Online GP Service, Life Insurance and many more!

Location: Base location Bradford with hybrid working

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Academy Hub Coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our Leadership Development offering for leaders and colleagues across our business, providing essential support to the effective delivery of learning opportunities. You will play a crucial role in the administration and co-ordination of all activities that underpin Leadership Development, working with colleagues across the wider Academy and Organisational Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support for all Leadership Academy learning interventions and activities
Ensure accurate delivery of administration processes and procedures to ensure smooth, accurate and timely delivery to learners, our internal customers
Provide end-to-end administration support for the ‘learner experience’, learning materials, external sourcing and procurement, accurate learning records, and other Academy documentation
Ensure learner queries and issues are resolved, accessing multiple sources of information and stakeholders as needed
Administer learning evaluation processes and procedures ensuring accurate reporting of the value and return on investment
Coordinate and manage project related learning events and initiatives
Create management information by accurately analysing complex data and presenting this in meaningful reports and presentations to enable decisions to be made
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a learning and development setting
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective stakeholder management
Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
