WORKSHOP CONTROLLER – BRISTOL
An experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller is required in a Bristol Accident Repair Centre
>Basic £26,000 to £28,000 Plus Bonuses OTE £32,000 to £35,000
>Insurance owned Accident Repair Centre
>Stable, successful business
The successful Bodyshop Workshop Controller will be an experienced accident repair professional, possessing both technical accident repair skills, such as prep, panel repair or paint plus exposure to leading activities within a busy bodyshop / accident repair centre. You may already be working as a Workshop Controller or Bodyshop Assistant Manager elsewhere, or perhaps be standing in on a regular basis and you are keen to progress your career.
Relevant qualifications including NVQ or ATA will be of particular interest.
Quality, Output and Efficiency are the core elements in this Bodyshop Workshop Controller position. Customer satisfaction is to be prioritised and the Bodyshop Workshop Controller must strive to achieve this through ensuring only the best quality of work is delivered quickly and using the most appropriate resources.
