Workforce Management Consultant

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

Experienced implementation consultants with expertise in Workforce Management software solutions (WFM) are invited to join this successful team within a leading global solutions provider. You will focus on the WFM element of cloud based SaaS solution that incorporates Payroll, T&A, WFM and HR. Established brand, state of the art Workforce Management software that is continually developed to meet market needs, great reputation, projects and clients of all sizes from SME to large corporate, single continually updated platform. Salary according to experience around the £54,000 – £66,000 level plus 10% bonus and exceptional benefits, including unlimited leave.

For this WFM Consultancy role you must have:

• experience of delivering workforce management implementation projects to external clients of a software vendor or consultancy
• strong customer management skills, ensuring on time on budget delivery with high levels of customer satisfaction
• excellent WFM familiarity – software, rules, processes and legislation
• good hands on skills for configuring and testing WFM solutions
• a desire to play a significant role in a fast growing Workforce Management Consultancy team
• Any experience with Advanced Scheduling, Labour Standards, Labour Modelling, and Demand forecasting is a plus
