Work and Wellbeing Coach

Major healthcare is currently recruiting for a client who is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Work and Wellbeing to join their team in Bolton and Bury. The work and Wellbeing coach is there to design and deliver a variety of training modules and structured interventions to clients in both 121 and group sessions. The aim of the Work and Wellbeing Coach is to improve each customers’ overall wellbeing, motivation and confidence before then moving into employability.

Suitable candidates will be comfortable with facilitating job searches and applications whilst also going through interview skills and techniques. Providing the correct work behaviours in order for the client to stay in employment is also important including confidence building sessions. Successful candidates will have experience working within this setting and will have had previous experience working with a caseload. As part of wellbeing coaching, we will expect the coach to be able to deliver entertaining and interesting workshops, using multiple pieces of multimedia and have an engaging personality. Ideally, someone with a teaching or counselling background will be great in this type of role.
