Salary: £26,000 per year
Are you highly experienced within the Wiring/Cable Assembly industry? Looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
Our-well established client based in Swindon are looking for a new member to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience of reading drawings, understanding them, then carrying out the work to end product.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of wiring harness manufacture including:
The ability to read customer drawings and schematics
To follow build notes during manufacture
Crimping and termination, both hand and machine
Soldering
Wire cutting and hand laying
Termination of screened cables
Knowledge of heat shrink products including tubing and moulded parts
Previous experience in the cable assembly industry is required and preferably certified to IPC\WHMA-A-620.
Training and support is provided along with a competitive salary
Be familiar with ISO9001-2008 & AS9100 Quality Procedures.
Driving licence and own transport is essential.
