Title: Web Developer/Senior Developer (PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Web Services, LAMP)
Location: Shaftesbury, Dorset or Coleshill Warwickshire
Salary: To £48,000 + Good Benefits (25 days holiday, Pension etc.)
To support current growth and to assist in driving future growth strategies, Trakm8 are searching for Web Developers to join our core product team based in Shaftesbury, Dorset or Coleshill (near Birmingham). We have a number of openings available up to senior developer level and we are looking for candidates with experience of working with some or all of PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, LAMP and Web Services
The Role:
Reporting to a software team leader you will be part of a team developing and enhancing our core cloud based telematics platform working on aspects such as driver and vehicle analysis, reduction in CO2 emissions, predicting component failure and logistics/distribution. You will focus on the web portal design covering the entire SDLC participating in daily Scrum meetings and monthly sprints. You will be using your knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, JQuery and LAMP stack as well as HTML/CSS.
The Person:
Ideally educated to degree level in computer science or similar discipline you will be a web developer or senior web developer with a solid track record in using some of the following: PHP, JavaScript, JQuery and Web Services and LAMP. Useful additions include knowledge of developing cloud based applications and AWS alongside knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML and SOAP.
