Consequently a career opportunity has arisen for a driven Web and Graphic designer to join our Marketing team.

We’re looking for a really smart, ambitious and driven individual who wants to build a career in London’s pioneering fintech industry. This is a demanding, fast paced role that will provide you with great opportunities to learn new skills and develop your career.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience. We are looking for someone who can continue with our clean, flat design and take our brand to the next level.

You will be a highly motivated Web Designer who also has graphic design and front end development experience to work within our marketing team. The working environment is very fast paced and we are looking for an individual who can take control of our brand. The ideal candidate possesses strong graphic design and technical skills, as well as the ability to keep an organised work flow. You will be an exceptional individual and play a major part in driving the business forward.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Design and develop websites, and micro-sites
Design artwork for Email Campaigns
Ensure Brand consistency is kept throughout all projects
Ensuring websites are bespoke and innovativeExperience required:

Strong experience of web design
Strong coding skills
Portfolio of business websites
Experience in Photoshop/Illustrator & knowledge of In-Design
Knowledge of how to work with Agile methodologies
Up to date knowledge of the new developments in web design
Experience of working in a fun/fast paced environment
Video creation skills would be a bonusSoft skills required:

Excellent eye for details

Great communication skillsYou should have a portfolio of work which you can share with us at interview stage.
